Anonymously report wrongdoing

At Kaleidos, we are firmly committed to ethics, integrity, and compliance with the law. In accordance with Spanish Law 2/2023 of 20 February (based on EU Directive 2019/1937), we provide a secure channel for our employees, suppliers, collaborators, and users to confidentially, and anonymously, if preferred, report any suspicions of irregularities, unlawful conduct, or behaviour that violates our Ethical Code.
What can you report to us so we can take action?
- Financial fraud or corruption.
- Environmental offences.
- Serious regulatory breaches.
- Workplace or sexual harassment.
- Occupational health and safety violations.
System guarantees:
- Confidentiality: Absolute protection of the whistleblower’s identity.
- Anonymity: Option to submit reports anonymously.
- No retaliation: Guarantee of protection against any form of retaliation for reports made in good faith.
